USACC Stamp Certification

The stamp of the US Arab Chamber of Commerce is required on documents destined for use in Iraq. It cost $35.00 per stamp- processing time within few hours.

A Certificate of Origin (CO) or Commercial Invoice (CI) for use in Iraq, must be certified by local chamber of commerce in the same state where the document was issued and notarize. USACC will not be able to stamp your Certificate of Origin or Commercial Invoice.

Customers must send documents that have been already certified by local Secretary of State office. Failure to do that will result in rejecting the request for Iraq embassy legalization.

  • Iraq legalization request form, including your basic contact information and the State where the document was issued.
  • A check or money order payable to “ US Arab Chamber of Commerce”
  • A prepaid self-addressed return envelope from FedEx, DHL, or USPS with a tracking numberr
